DevInsured LLC provides subscription-based software services within the United States only.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Login is done via Microsoft, Apple, or Google authentication. You are responsible for your login credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Monthly recurring billing via Stripe
No free trials
No refunds once payment is processed
30-day grace period after cancellation

5. Marketing and Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive service and promotional emails. You can opt out anytime.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for unlawful purposes. This includes attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DevInsured LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the changes.
